Elizabeth graduated Meredith Manor International Equestrian Center in 2004. While obtaining a Riding Master III with emphasis in reining and western riding, she also received her Teaching Certificate. At Meredith Manor she was taught about riding theory, horse health, barn management, stable practices, and spent countless hours in the saddle.
Upon graduation from Meredith Manor Elizabeth attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated in 2009 with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Science. While in Northwest Arkansas Elizabeth volunteered at Horses For Healing where she fell in love with jumping. She worked for several barns giving lessons and training horses at all different levels and disciplines. Elizabeth also studied under a 2 star Parelli instructor, Cindy Savage, and developed strong natural horsemanship skills.
Elizabeth is now the owner of Hickory Hills and strives to produce a barn that is safe and fun for the horses and their owners. Happy, healthy horses are the main goal at Hickory Hills. She now shows throughout the year on the AA circuit showing Hunter/Jumpers as well as eventing though training level. Elizabeth strives to have competitive sport-horses in all disciplines.
